The Woodworking & D.I.Y. Shows are entering their 29th season this year. We have 19 shows under-way, and are excited to get the ball rolling! For returnies- we welcome you back. For new comers, The Woodworking & D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself) Shows are a series of seminars and sponsors from across the world who come together to educate and share the love or woodcraft.
We offer educational seminars inclusive with the price of your ticket (which you can purchase online!), as well as a wide range of tool specialists and craftsmen. Please view the menus for a full listing of this years scheduled educators and exhibitors.
Last but not least, each year we host a 'ShowOFF Showcase' in which we encourage the creativity of our craftspeople (of all experience levels) to get involved. Sign up online and join in on the fun. We look forward to another great season!

Tommy MacDonald, host of public television’s Rough Cut – Woodworking with Tommy Mac, will be back for another season of The Woodworking & D.I.Y. Shows offering his unique brand of education, exciting projects and engaging conversation. Tommy is committed to at least ten shows this season courtesy of Wood- craft and The Woodworking & D.I.Y. Shows. After receiving an enthusiastic reception at the 2011 Baltimore show, Tommy also made it out to New England, Kansas City and St. Louis during the 2010/11 season. The Woodworking & D.I.Y. Shows are very happy to have Woodcraft and Tommy on board for what is shaping up to be another fantastic season.

At The Woodworking & D.I.Y. Shows we’re used to people telling us that they drive 100- even 200- miles to the show. But when we received an email from Al Klob noting that he drives 1000 miles each way from his home in Mexico to attend our Houston show, we had to know
more. Turns out that Al retired to Mexico about six years ago. “I have a fair sized work shop on the roof and it is fairly well equiped,” he says.
“Most of my projects are cabinets for our home and some things that I have made as gifts. Woodworking is one of my major hobbies.”
And he attached the photo of a jewelry case that he made as a gift for his sister-in-law. Nice work, Al. And thanks for driving all those
miles to the show!
